To busy to blog.. must knit socks

But, I have a guest blogger to tell the tale of the Earl Green's visit to a real tea!

Hi, Laurie here, Cece has to finish a sock. This is Earl Green with Cece's green tea at L'Espalier in Boston. Just in case that's not exciting enough, here's the menu for our Fantasy Tea. Earl Green is the last sock of the 17th pair and he's due to be completed before tomorrow midnight. We also visited Newbury Yarns on Newbury Street. The shop owner was very encouraging and remembered us from about 2 years ago. Either pretty amazing or maybe we need to tone it down a bit in yarn stores.....

This is Cece's Cheese plate, since it was her birthday, they brought her a blueberry tart with a candle in it. But there was no singing, which was very, very good.

Here we all are (left to right; Susan in turquoise, your guest blogger, Cece's mother Ruth and, of course, our beloved Cece). This was the dessert part of the Tea. Everything was very, very good and I'd do it again, but not tomorrow.

Tomorrow, Cece will have pictures of all 17 pairs...so stay tuned!
