Henry Likes Yarn

I was sitting at my desk working. I turn around and see this on the floor:
Huh?! Why is that yarn on the floor, I think to myself? I was really concentrating on something, so it didn't click right away. That yarn is from my yarn room! UPSTAIRS! So I run into the living room, where I'm greeted with some hand-dyed ribbon yarn:

And I follow the trail up the stairs:

And look who I find:

Let's just say that he is lucky he is so cute.

He is sooo cute, how could you be made at him. He probably just wants to knit with you. I guess they are inside now for winter, it would be way to cold for them outside, we are lucky here, Ruby stays outside all year, except in really bad storms, as her kennel is under the lower floor verandah (which is just over 5ft off the ground) but it doesn't give good protection if it is really windy and raining.

Oh there's no way you could be mad at that face! They are just so absolutely loveable. These are moments that make me believe we should all just keep a camera in our pocket at all times.

Probably it wasn't him. Probably it was some critter like a squirrel or a chipmink and he was defending your yarn. Probably.

How you could cuss that dog for loosing his breakfast all over your house the other day is beyond me :) But then again I didn't clean it up!

He is just too darn cute - ours pouts when we get mad which makes us laugh and not be mad anymore, I think its a ploy.
