Christmas!

So - tonight is going to be Christmas for Aaron and I! I'm excited, because I think I did an awesome job at present buying this year. I doubt that he reads my blog, but I'll wait tell all until after he opens everything just to be safe.

We were going to have a low key afternoon, just opening presents and having a quiet dinner, but Mary and Andy (Aaron's Aunt and Uncle) have invited us over for dinner! That'll be great, because their kids are in town. I'll get to give Lexi her scarf in person!

Tomorrow we drive to CT to spend Christmas day with Aaron's mother and brother. And then come home Sunday. Lots of driving - so I expect to get a lot of knitting done.

On Monday, Amanda and I had planned on going to Webs in Northampton for a big yarn sale - but we both came to the realization that we really don't NEED yarn (both of us have enough yarn right now for multiple projects) and when we got there, we would be tempted to spend lots of money. Instead, we are going to work out, knit and maybe go out for lunch or something.

In knitting news, I'm almost done with Betsey's scarf. If I don't finish it tonight, I'll certainly finish it in the car on the way to CT tomorrow morning.
