I get by with a little help from my friends....

Yesterday, I got a wee bit of yarn from IrishGirlieKnits - just enough to finish up my Monkey KawKaw socks:

I did my 'fat feet' variation on these - I upped the stitch count to 72 stitches - and just added a purl stitch to each side of the lace pattern. It works out great. And this is a perfect 'man' yarn, I decided. Both my husband and his best friend REALLY like these socks. It kind of cracks me up.

Now I'm totally ready for my RSC yarn to arrive - I've seen the spoilers and I know that it's my FAVORITE color!!! HURRAH!!!!
