While I was away this weekend, the Sock Wars began. I don't know if I mentioned that I had signed up, but I did. I got the pattern, and my intended 'victim'... and decided I would start knitting tonight.
Yep. Big mistake. My assassin's socks are already in the mail. No matter what, I'm dying soon - but they are coming all of the way from England, so maybe I can make some decent progress between now and then...

I've been threatened, but am still alive. And knitting madly away on the Sock of Doom.
Errgh. And THAT is why I didn't sign up!!! No matter how fast YOU are, it is completely irrelevant... it is how fast your assassin is that counts. Sigh. Sorry to hear that you are dying so fast!

Oy... certainly the reason why I didn't sign up, this sounds pretty stressful ;( But yet - happy sock knitting - if you're gonna survive, that is ;)
