Last night, I got home and just went right to it. I ripped the both front pieces of the Ribby out until the 'switch to larger needles' part, and put them both on at once. It may go slower, but when I'm done, I'm really done. Same idea as the sleeves, right?
I was going to do a photo essay of the actual ripping, but just wanted to get it done. But, now I've almost finished the bottom ribbing - up to 3.5 inches on both fronts!
I did finish that hat yesterday. It was a quick knit. The pattern came from the Knitting Pattern a Day Calendar - the Lobster Pot hat. I think it is too short - so I'm going to rip out the top and add a couple more cable repeats, just to be sure that the finished product covers Sue's ears!
