Over the river and to the quilters

This morning I got up early, and made the 45 minute drive to my machine quilter to drop off the Star Sampler. She isn't going to be finished with it until the beginning of February, but it feels good to have the 'hand off' done.

Last night I finished the sleeves for my Ribby Cardi, and started the back. I'm a little nervous that the colors my not be great together, but then I think I'm getting worried for nothing. I often second guess my color choices when I try something 'funky', but then when it's done, love it.

Tonight is knitting at the World in Stitches... I'm going to be picking up the yarn I ordered for the Son of A.R.A.N sweater that we will all be doing together. I'm also going to work out with Amanda, and pick up a crocheted hat she made. It's a cute hat with a flower on top, and she is giving it to me in exchange for a pattern she wanted desperately. I'm going to send it to Addy for Christmas!
