I've been working on my Star Sampler quilt in our Wednesday night quilting class for many months now. The final product is supposed to be a wall hanging for my living room. In the quilt, there are 12 star blocks - 6 different stars. I haven't made a star for this quilt in months... so I sat down last night and banged out 2 - and they look pretty good! One more set of 2 to go. So, tonight on the way home, I'm going to stop at Quilter's Way, and pick up the sashing and border fabric (I already have the backing) so I can maybe manage to put the whole thing together on Wednesday night!
Aaron picked up some folding tables, and I just need to get the basement in order to have a bunch a gals down there, sewing away.
No knitting news, as I was a sewing gal last night. But tonight is knitting night with the gals over at The World in Stitches! Fun! I'm going to bring Aaron's Felted Vest, so I can get to work on the non-felted borders.
Oh. And have I mentioned. I. STILL. HAVE. A. COLD. Grrrrr. This is the longest I've been sick ever. I've lost any progress I may have made getting into shape, and I'm sick of feeling like crap.
